Feathers

This is a new collection from OESD that I'm purchasing. It can be used for quilting but I'll be using these designs to add interest to an otherwise plain, solid color shirt. Have you looked at all the embroidery on ready to wear lately? Embroidery is not in the place you expect it to be so I will have fun with this group.
